El Gobierno considera nula la votación del impuesto al cheque por haber sido aprobada por mayoría simple (35 votos a 33).

La Constitución exige mayoría especial (37 votos) cuando se crean o modifican asignaciones de recursos fiscales. Pero con la modificación del proyecto, lo que se hizo fue derogar la ley vigente y volver al convenio marco. Se lo explico como ingeniero: para construir un edificio se piden cantidad de autorizaciones y exigencias, pero para demolerlo, nada.

algun colegio de ingenieros va a quitarle la matricula al idiota este?

    Este reverendo HDP se hace el chistoso pero está cada día peor tanto en imagen positiva como en intención de voto. Además, el artículo de la Constitución nacional que hace referencia a las votaciones en las que se modifica la coparticipación es muy claro : se necesita mayoría absolta para tener quorum. Así que Bobos, seguila chupando...
